This week I searched for Transgender resources within the Orlando area. I stumbled only across a few meetings/organizations here in Orlando. It was very disheartening to find only three safe spaces for Transgenders and their allies. But on the plus side, I am coming across smaller collectives of transgender peoples. The problem is that I am unsure if they are more social networking spaces or activism ones. Regardless, next Tuesday I plan to attend a meeting at the Center for individuals who have already transitioned.

Alla and I walked around Lake Eola and passed out flyers to Animal Safehouse. I also spent the afternoon tabling at the Publix across the street and trying to find a home to two sister kitties.
